Jerry Zurovchak Senior VP of Distribution and Operations
Jerry Zurovchak is the Senior Vice President of Distribution and Operations of OmniCable. In this position, he is responsible for shaping and overseeing the operational strategies and processes for the company. He is also charged with ensuring that the company's day-to-day activities align with its strategic goals with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness, while driving drive continuous improvement within the company’s 18 North American locations.
With more than 30 years of operations and manufacturing leadership experience, Zurovchak previously served as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Houston Wire & Cable, which was acquired by OmniCable in 2021. In addition, he served more than 19 years at General Cable last serving as Vice President, Integrated Supply Chain, North America with overall operational responsibilities for 17 union and non-union manufacturing locations in the US (12), Canada (3) and Mexico (2) and 3 distribution centers encompassing 2,500 – 3,000 associates; $2 billion cost of production; and capital budget of 20 million -$30 million for the production and distribution of copper, aluminum and optical fiber cables for the energy, construction, industrial, specialty and communications sectors.
Zurovchak earned a Bachelor of Science in aerospace engineering from the University of Notre Dame, and a Master of Business Administration from Tulane University.
