On April 3, 2019, OmniCable Corporate and Philadelphia employee-owners spent the day volunteering at Habitat for Humanity of Montgomery and Delaware Counties.

“OmniCable cares, so whether it’s in our office assisting customers or the local community, OmniCable is happy to step up were needed and lend a helping hand,” said Chris Kennedy, OmniCable Account Associate.

During the day, OmniCable employee-owners assisted in the rebuilding of a home in Bridgeport, PA, by hanging windows, installing storm doors & framing, and insulation work.

“We’re so grateful to have had volunteers from OmniCable come out to help push our mission forward. We couldn’t do what we do without the help of our dedicated volunteers,” said Jackie Mehalick, AmeriCorps Volunteer Services Coordinator, Habitat for Humanity of Montgomery and Delaware Counties.

OmniCable, through its OmniCares committee, continues to expand how its employee-owners can give back to their local communities both through giving campaigns and volunteer opportunities.
